Thought I'd start a blog about my adventures in dehydrating.
One year ago, I got a snack master at a garage sale for $5, but it only had 3 trays.
Did try herbs last year- all came out well...parsley, basil, oregano, rosemary.
Learned to keep the temperature low though when doing herbs so they do not brown.
I was able to supply my siblings with a year's supply of herbs.
